Martin is a graduate ofPrincetonUniversityin Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and received his MBA fromNew YorkUniversityin1981 inInternational Management after studying at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) inParisand at theLondonBusinessSchool.
Martin spent twenty years as a business management consultant in the field of Operational Strategy, helping large multinational companies in theU.S.and Europe with structural efficiency and customer satisfaction issues as well as advising high-technology startups inIsraelon international marketing strategy. After working a number of years in the Israeli Venture Capital industry, he returned to academia and received his LL.B. from theHebrewUniversityin 2008, followed by admission to the Israel Bar Association in 2009.
A licensed private pilot as well as a Qualified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, Martin is active as Chairman of Metuna, the Voluntary Road Safety Organization devoted to improving the safety ofIsrael’s roads.
Martin works in English, French, and Hebrew at the native speaker level.
